Moreh, Aug 23,

It is shocking to learnt that the words of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi would be made a mockery in a state run by the BJP led government. Yeah we are talking about Manipur, where N. Biren Shing of BJP is the Chief Minister. Power Minister Th. Bishwajit is also a strong man of the BJP Manipur Pradesh.
On April 30, this year media reports quoting Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that India had achieved electrification of all its villages after electricity reached Leishang Village in Manipur.
Overjoyed to the achievement of the target before 12 days ahead of the deadline set, Modi tweeted on April 30 – “28th April 2018 will be remembered as a historic day in the development journey of India , yesterday , we fulfilled a commitment due to which the lives of several Indians will be transformed forever! I am delighted that every single village of India now has electricity”.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi tweets have reason to be celebrated not by offering sweets and milk but making the dream come true. The BJP ruled Manipur is not showing respect to the prime Minister as the joy of the leader of the country has been sabotage.
For 11 months the Villagers of Motha T. Minou in Tengnoupal district has not been getting electricity. When the villagers approach the state MSPDCL authority it was told that the villagers should deposite a sum of Rs. 25 000/- for installation of electric transformer.
This was learnt after a team of reporter including Imphal Times correspondent Lucky visited the village yesterday.
As learnt by the media team,  Villager have complained many times to the concerned Departments and Ministers and even to the Chief Minister. But still even the order made by Chief  Minister and Minister  Letpao Haokip to the Executive Director of MSPDCL  for providing the new transformer to Motha T. Minou village  has not been converted into action.
The Transformer was reported to have been blasted on September 13, 2017 when the employees of the MSPDCL were doing some repairing work.
This newspaper had reported on June 4 edition that since Power Minister Thongam Bishwajit Singh have inaugurated the 132/33KV power Sub-station at Chikim Village , Moreh as to provide Electricity to all the nearby Villages of Moreh has never been getting regular electricity. Night time face horrible time with sounds of generator in the border town as electricity came only in the day time.
Motha T. Minou is one of the Village along the  Indo-Myanmar Border and it is 7Km Far from Moreh Town.
The Villagers had been facing incontinences due to negligence from the part of the concern government  authority.
