MNRF celebrates 10th Raising Day

The Manipur Naga Revolutionary Front celebrated its 10th Raising Day at its Headquarters on March 3 .
The Celebration was presided by Vapaimi Zimik, the Army Chief of MNRF and other leaders of a major armed revolutionary group.
The main features of the Raising Day celebrations were Prayer, reading out the Statement of the Chairman, MNRF, and speeches by Army Chief on the ongoing revolutionary movements and emergence of MNRF and its responsibility in the movement, and the guest of honors.
In the Statement of Chairman, MNRF – Siro Atai said, “I take this opportunity of our 10th rising day and would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude and greatness to all the fellow Revolutionary parties of WESEA and particularly to the people of Manipur. It was through the deepest effort and relentless contribution made by the people of Manipur and by the leaders and cadres, our Organization can reach at this present standard”.
He further said that he is very much regretted and ashamed regarding his weakness as a party leader though he have the spirit in building unity for one Manipuri Nation he can’t turn into practical and reality.
“ Our all Leaders of Meitei, Kuki, Naga etc. know and speak that our Manipur history has the genuine background as Independent thousand years. our custom, tradition, culture has distinct identity civilization, but we still can’t journey ourselves as a party/organization leaders towards a progressive and civilized sense of unity. It only remains as a sense of truth words and good speaking”, he added.
The MNRF appealed to all the people’s leader and different National worker leaders of Manipur to set a side our differences and work together in the common political future of Manipur by respecting the voice of our peoples to leaves a lasting legacy for our future generation.
