Imphal Dec 30, Shangshak Battalion of 10 Sector Assam Rifles under the argis of IGAR(South) in a major breakthrough apprehended one of the primary recruiter of MNPF , Ramror Ramthor . He was apprehended between Gwaltabi and Monglenjang vill on 28 Dec. Ramror Ramthor joined MNPF in 2013. He was working with PR department of MNPF and was responsible to carryout recruitment for his group by luring youngsters during Christmas season when maximum youth are available in the villages by making false promises to them. The youth were lured into his trap with the promise of employment and finally forced to join the UG group. He was frequently on move from one village to other to avoid being caught. He was finally apprehended and handed over to police by Shangshak Battalion.
