The Manipur Naga People’s Front (MNPF) today observes its 11th Foundation Day at its General Headquarters, Mobile Battalion Headquarters, and all organizational stations. In a statement issued by the Secretary of Publicity, Thomas Numai MNPF, the observance began with the ceremonial honoring of the party flag, followed by paying homage with a revolutionary salute to the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the revolutionary cause.
At the General Headquarters, Chairman John Francis, Home Secretary SP Kanmi, Defence Secretary Ruichumhao, and Publicity Secretary Thomas Numai attended as the Chief Guest, Functional President, and Guest of Honor, respectively. During the event, Chairman John Francis expressed gratitude to the divine for blessing the party with existence for 11 years. He unfurled the party flag and paid homage to the martyrs, as stated in the press release.
The MNPF further acknowledged the support of revolutionary organizations in the WESEA (Western Southeast Asia) region on its 11th Foundation Day, extending a revolutionary salute in appreciation. Concluding the event, the MNPF expressed well wishes to the people of Manipur and reiterated its commitment to seeking an amicable solution to prevailing issues.
