Manipur VK Duggal has been asked to discharge the functions of the Governor of Mizoram after the Narendra Modi government had sacked Dr. Kamla Beniwal from the post of governor of Mizoram on Wednesday night. Congress slams center for removing of Kamala Beniwal saying that it was a gross violation of the Supreme court order as well as the provision of the Indian constitution.
