Imphal, April 18: Unknown miscreants today fire gunshot towards oil tanker truck coming towards Imphal from Dimapur at around 5 am today morning.
One bullet hit at a tank of the truck ferrying petrol bearing registration No. MN 01 44 0402, another bullet also hit at another diesel tanker truck bearing registration No, MN 053 0473, however the petrol only leaked and no explosion took place.
The incident happened at Kangpokpi area. The tanker trucks along with others were escorted by security personnel. Both the trucks were immediately taken inside the Kangpokpi Police Station.
