As in charge Minister of Churachandpur edition of Manipur Sangai Festival, 2022, Textiles, Commerce and Industries Minister Nemcha Kipgen today took stock of the preparations for the Churachandpur edition of the ‘Festival of Oneness’ which will be inaugurated by the Chief Minister, Manipur N. Biren Singh at Khuga, Behiang on 24th of this month.
The Minister interacted with the District Administration team including Deputy Commissioner, Churachandpur Sharath Chandra Arroju, Superintendent of Police, Churachandpur, Shivanand Surve, CSOs representatives and brief them on various strategies for the success of the festival. The local MLA, Churachandpur AC, L.M. Khaute were also present.
It may be noted that Churachandpur is one of the 14 locations of this year Manipur Sangai Festival, the Festival of oneness.
