An IED probably planted by militants at Kangbai area in Kwakta of Bishnupur district along the roadside was recovered by a team of 7 AR yesterday evening at around 10.30 pm. The bomb was planted on the route where the Chief Minister was travelling to attend a function at Churachandpur district. Manipur Police Bomb Disposal squad along with the AR team safely detonated the IED yesterday evening.
