The Manipur Information Commission celebrated its 16th anniversary today. On September 12, 2006, the Commission was established.
Retd. State Chief Information Commission, speaking as the event’s Chief Guest, expressed the Commission’s hardened face, including the lack of its own building and staff.
During the function, State Chief Information Commissioner Oinam Sunil urged the public to use RTI to obtain documents or information from the government.
