Meitei Leepung warns NimaichandLuwang to refrain from baseless involvement in the future and said it will not remain as mere spectators to the tarnishing of its image. Failure to heed this warning may result in irreparable damage to his seniority and reputation within the society, said a press release by the Meitei Leepun.
The Meitei Leepun strongly condemns the baseless allegations made by Brinda and Babloo Loitongbam in the national media, falsely leveling Meitei Leepun as a militant group responsible for the current crisis in Manipur and had sought immediate clarifications from them regarding their unsubstantiated claims, it added.
The press release further said, “The recent support voiced by Nimaichand Luwang on social media, without any evidence or basis, is deeply concerning and cautions Nimaichand Luwang against engaging in petty politics and tarnishing our name without proper justification.”
