Imphal, August 24: Maoist Communist Party, Manipur said that some persons are using the outfit’s name for self gains by promising loans to innocent people of the state. In a press note signed by one Comrade Nonglen Meitei, Secretary Publicity and Propaganda, the outfit said that one Ch. Biren and his wife has been using the name of the outfit to take loan from the Imphal Urban Co-operative Bank. He said the bank authority should not allow the mentioned person to enter the bank. The outfit said they have been keeping strict vigils to the functioning of the bank since the last one year and will continue to do so for checking the wrongs. He said the party will take up military action against the said person as well as the bank authority for allowing the person from tomorrow.
