The proposed general strike on August I that called was by banned Maoist Communist Party, Manipur has been suspended, according to a release from the outfit.
The outfit had decided to postpone the general strike against the anomalies at Art and Culture Directorate in view of the on-going movement for Inner Liner Permit System, it added.
