LAMKA, Dec.24: Various denominations in Churachandpur town today observed celebration of advance Christmas along with various governmental department.
As a part of the celebration, Langkhanpau Guite, Chairman, Autonomous District Council (ADC), Churachandpur, and Deputy Commissioner, Churachandpur Lunminthang Haokip IAS greets the people saying that the grand festival of the Christmas will become the quote of the holy bible scripture, and said that Jesus is the only one who brought peace to different dimensions. Explaining the dimensions, Chairman ADC Langkhanpau Guite said that peace is nothing but a gift to others. On the other hand, Minister health and family welfare, Phungzathang Tonsing, Vungzagin Valte, Parliamentary Secratary, and MLA Thanlon, Ginsuanhau MLA 60-Singngat assembly constituency,TN Haokip MLA, Saikot, and hon’ble Chairman Hill Areas Committee (HAC) and Tipaimukh assembly Constituency also wish the people to the coming of the Christmas festival.
