Manipuri Diasporas in Taiwan sent 1.52 lakhs masks for distribution to the Manipuris

They are almost secure, as their respective government has been taking up extreme measures and citizens following the Covid-19 behaviour. But they are worried hearing the news of the rise of Covid-19 pandemic in the state of Manipur, finally, they sent one lakh 52 thousand face masks to the state through proper channel to show their concern about their blood brothers and sisters who are facing hardship due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

 Yes, we are talking about the Manipuri Diasporas in Taiwan, who have either settled or are studying.

Dr. Ngangbam Shantikumar and his wife Nancy Chen who along with G. Robert  Kenedy, T. Harishwore, Tondonba Puyam, PhD Scholars – Reshmi Waikhom, Leimapokpam Romina Chanu, Takhellambam  Gautam, Ringngam  Lamkang Sankhil, James Konthoujam, Anzila Laikhuram among others showed their love to their blood brothers and sisters in making them stay protected from the Covid-19 pandemic.

The Manipuri Diasporas thanks the Taiwan based Mascot Company for donating the face masks for distribution to the people of the state of Manipur.

The face masks that are being sent to the state are being distributed to the needy by the Red Cross Society, Manipur Chapter and collaboration with many local bodies.
