Manipur Police recruitment test successful candidates threaten stir

Imphal, June 25: Successful candidates of the Manipur Police Constable Recruitment test for the year 2013 today threaten to launch serious form of agitation if the Chief Minister of Manipur fails to give any assurance to declare the result by July 11. An association called the All Manipur Written Test Successful Candidate of Police Constable, Male 2013 , formed by the successful candidate said that they have a meeting scheduled with the Chief Minister on July 4 and said that if the chief Minister failed to give any assurance to declare the recruitment test result candidates appeared in the examination for selection of the 200 police constable will left no choice but to undergo serious intense form of agitation.
In a press statement the organization said that written test, physical test and viva voce had already be completed and instead of declaring the result the conduct of another fresh written test for recruitment of 2052 police constable has been conducted.
“We have no objection to the conduct of the recruitment test but it is unfortunate that they conduct the test before the declaration of the recruitment test held earlier”, said the statement by President of the organization, Konthoujam Johnson.
The recruitment test for the recruitment of the 2000 constable in the year 2013 was completed on June 10 this year.
