Manipur Loumee Lup for water policy

While highlighting the problems being face by the people during the present water scarcity in the state, Manipur Loumee Lup has demanded the state government to formulate water policy to fight water scarcity. The organisation said that due to failure of the govt. in framing a water policy state is facing draught like situation.
