High Court of Manipur has decided to keep running the Court procedure through video conferencing. An order by the Registrar General of the High Court of Manipur , A Guneshwar Sharma today issued guidelines for Court Functioning through video conferencing during COVID-19 Pandemic as per directives of the Chief Justice of Manipur.
According to the guidelines those learned joining the proceeding held by video conferencing should be in formal attires by keeping in mind that he or she is appearing in a court. It also directed to maintain silent room for avoiding disturbances and stated that no third party shall intervene the proceedings without the permission of the Court.
