S. Manaoton Singh has been appointed as the president of the Manipur State Unit of the Indian Sports Sangh by an order of Sunil Gupta, president of Indian Sports Sangh. The appointment has been made in recognition to his contribution for development welfare of sports persons without any self interest or greed through the platform of the India Sport Sangh.
