A person was shot at his right leg by unknown miscreants at around 6.40 am today morning while he was walking at Mahabali road. The victim has been identified as Ningthoukhongjam Ibopishak Singh (60) son of N. Anganghal of Wangkhei Durga Puja Lampak. He was immediately rushed to Advance Hospital and is presently undergoing treatment.
