Man nabbed for conducting unwanted behaviour

A miscreant who pretended himself to be blind and conducts unwanted behaviour to women was nabbed by locals of Kakching Bazaar and handed over to Manipur Student’s Federation (MSF) today.
The miscreant has been identified as Ngangom Santikumar (34) son of Ng. Yaima Singh of Mayanglangjing Mayai Leikai.
Addressing a press conference at the office of MSF head office at Top Leirak, Bidyaraj Maibam, Secretary General, MSF said that Santikumar had fooled many people pretending to be blind and conducted unwanted behaviours at various places such as Thoubal, Sugnu, Mayang Imphal, etc. As confirmed by the Ideal Blind School, Santikumar is not blind. Public of Kakching Bazaar nabbed him yesterday and shaved off his head. Santikumar will be handed over to Police for further course of action against him.
