Manipur Government is likely to institute a Magisterial Enquiry into the death of Md. Neimuddin, S/o Naucana Riyajuddin of Sora Makha Leikai at Jivan Hospital while undergoing treatment after he was found lying injured on the road near Kakching Lamkhai during altercation between the two villages namely Sora and Laiching Minou on 18th of July, 2013.
Sources in Imphal said that the Magisterial Enquiry may be conducted by an Executive Magistrate, Thoubal District
