Local people of Kwakeithel Lamdeng Leikai and Thoudam leikai staged a sit-in-protest against the hand grenade attack inside M/S Canchi Indane Service at Kwakeithel Tiddim Ground.
A member of local Meira paibi condemns the bomb attack at public area in which a chowkidar of Canchi Indane has been injured.
She also appealed those responsible parties to clarify over the matter if the blast is an act of some underground groups.
In the attack which occurred yesterday the chowkidar identified as Thokchom Ranjit Singh (57) of Kwakeithel Heinou Khongnembi Thokchom Leikai. He was hit by shrapnel on his legs and left stomach. He has been admitted at RIMS but was later referred to the Shija Hospital.
