Minister, Information & Public Relations (IPR), Dr. S. Ranjan Singh has stated that we should act with proper planning. All should think and plan for our future generation. Minister was speaking as Chief Guest at the inaugural function of Community Shed at Konthoujam Awang Leikai, today.
Ranjan said that one should not be hasty to make important decisions. We have to find suitable solutions corresponding to the issue with a long vision. All need to digest the present situation in the state altogether. We need to start early for shaping the younger generation. The fight against drugs is also one of the important steps to shape our youngsters, he added.
He said that the Government has introduced many welfare schemes for the public. Public should be aware of the benefits of those schemes of the Government. The Government is ready to implement the PM Vishwakarma scheme in the state through which those eligible families will be given financial assistance. The government always stands to fulfill the wish of the people, he supplemented.
Minister Ranjan continued that development works of the Government is still going on amidst the ongoing crisis in the state. An Ayush hospital will also be constructed at Konthoujam shortly. The united and consultative efforts of the public is much necessary, he maintained.
Social Worker Konthoujam Kunjaraja Singh, Principal, Free Progress Academy Leishangbam Indrakumar Singh also graced the occasion as President and Guest of Honour.
Prior to the inauguration of Community Shed at Konthoujam Awang Leikai, the Minister inaugurated Konthoujam Maning Leikai Community Shed.
