Lecture on e-Court System

Imphal, June 8: High Court of Manipur is organising a lectur programme on e-Court System tomorrow at the auditorium of the High Court Complex. The lecture programme will begin from 2 pm and Justice Dr. S. Muralidhar of Delhi High Court will deliver speech on e-court system.
On the following two days, i.e., the Manipur Judicial Academy (MJA), Manipur High Court and Manipur Legal Service Authority (MASLSA) is also organising a 2 day orientation course on criminal investigation, criminal trial and cyber laws.  
On the first session, Justice Dr. S. Muralidhar of Delhi High Court will present paper on Criminal investigations from Human Rights perspective. Former ADGP, and Advocate of the Manipur High Court Ahanthem Romenkumar will present paper on Police investigation in FIR cases. On the law regarding the cyber crime and its implication Dr. Debarati Haider, Advocate and M.D. CCVC will deliber the presentation.
