KSO demands setting up of require infrastructures for Tengnoupal district

Imphal, Jan 30: Kuki Students’ Organisation (KSO) Tengnoupal Block has urged the state government to set up require infrastructures for the newly created Tengnoupal district by including in the budget 2018-2019.
In a press conference held today at Tengnoupal district head quarter, President of the KSO Tengnoupal Block , H. Daniel said that  the newly created district still does not have Administrative buildings of Deputy Commissioner & SP, District Hospital, Indoor and outdoor Stadium, District Session Court , Chief Medical Office, District Supply Officer, District Sports Officer, ZEO, Power, PWD,PHED,  Agriculture, Veterinary and Animal Husbandry, Social Welfare, Treasury, DIC and District Transport Offices which is a much for a district.
This require infrastructure should be constructed by the state government by including it in the upcoming budged
The KSO also appealed immediate bifurcation of DRDA and other department from Chandel as assured by Minister RD &PR during Tengnoupal District Chavang Kut celebration on 1″ November 2017.
Other thing demanded by the KSO are immediate repairing of Road in Tengnoupal to Sangsak road and declaration of the Tengnoupal District Headquarters and its surrounding areas as Tourist Destination by developing necessary infrastructures on priority basis.
The KSO also demanded creation of Aimol/Molnoi and Sita Sub-Deputy Collector Circle.
The president of the KSO Tengnoupal Block also requested the State Government to issue the School uniform and Text book before the Government institution session start.
