Imphal, Dec 8:
Kuki activists promulgating violence in the state of Manipur today demonstrated at the VIP entrance gate of the COP 28 meeting in Dubai as Manipur’s origin and Indian delegate Kshetri Tama entered the meeting hall to highlight the crime and atrocities committed by the Kuki Narco terrorists in Manipur.
The COP28 meet which began on November 29 will conclude on December 12.
Speaking about the demonstration, Kshetri Tama said, “At the ongoing COP28 meet at Dubai, representatives of CSOs and VIPs from different parts of the world spoke about Climate justice, however in the Northeastern state of India called Manipur, the Kuki Narco terrorists without any care for climate changes in the world are destroying the environment. Kuki Narco terrorists are destroying the forest areas by burning huge areas of hill areas. For raising their voice against this by the indigenous Meiteis, the Kuki Narco terrorists are planning to annihilate the indigenous Meiteis. There is no one to stop the attack by the Kuki Narco terrorists to the innocent people using sophisticated weapons.”
Kshetri Tama also drew the attention of the representatives of the CSOs to help the distressed people and bring life back to normalcy in the state. She also added that the indigenous Meiteis of the state cannot be suppressed at any cost.
