One cadre of banned Kuki outfit KNF (N) namely Mangneo Kipgen alias Chand aka Mangminglum (29), s/o Letkhonch of Bongbal Khullen has been apprehended in a joint operation conducted by 2AR and CDO Thoubal on Tuesday at around 3.50PM . One 9MM pistol with 5 live rounds of bullet has been recovered from him.
