Imphal, Aug 5: Khwairamband Keithel women vendors today vandalise the infrastructures of kid’s care center constructed at the first floor of the three Ima Kethel. The kid’s care center was constructed by the Imphal municipal council after an order has been issued by the Executive Engineer of Imphal Municipal Corporation.
