Vendor ladies of the three Khwairamband Ima Keithel today staged a silent protest by covering their mouth against the imposition o Armed Forces Special Powers Act.The silent protest was staged as today is the day when the then President of India Dr. Radhakrishna give consent for imposition of the draconian act.
