Imphal, May 28: A statement of the Department of Information & Publicity of the proscribed group Kangleipak Communist Party signed by one S. Mangal said that Laishram Dhanbir (41) son of (late) Ranbir Singh who was reported to have been arrested by Imphal east Police commando from Khurai Ningthoubung Leikai along with a hand grenade and demand latter of the outfit is related with the KCP or its army wing Miyamgee Fingang Lanmi.
