Imphal, Oct 13: 12 Assam Rifles of 26 Sector Assam Rifles under the aegis of IGAR (South) apprehended a KCP (Noyon) cadre on October 12 at PVCP, Khudengthabi, Tengnoupal District at around 4 pm.
The arrested cadre has been identified as Damu s/o Late Madhumangol, age 38 years of Uripok, Imphal. He was arrested while travelling in A Maruti Van from Moreh
to Imphal. An AR statement said that as he was seen moving suspiciously the AR personnel questioned him at PVCP, Khudengthabi. The individual later confessed that he is an active cadres of KCP (Noyon) Individual was handed over to Police Station Moreh, the statement added.
