Imphal, April 26: A rebel group called Kangleipak Communist Party – Military Joint Committee (KCP-MJC) today claimed responsibility of placing the hand grenade at RIMS OPD on April 25. In a press statement sent through email, signed by one Thouba Lywang, President KCP-MJC, the outfit said that the placing of the bomb is the last warning to Director RIMS, Medical Superintendent RIMS and deputy Director RIMS.
