KCP Mangal group today said that President of Universal Mothers Organization, Moirangthem Sorojini Leima (68), Yumnam Budhi Meitei (55) s/o. (L) Y. Mangi of Pallel, Hingdangmayum Premila (40) w/o. H . Bige Sharma and Arambam Sajan Meitei (27) s/o. (L) A. Kullamani Meitei arrested by Manipur Police Commando on June 26 was not related with the outfit. In a press statement, Mangal Meitei, Commander (Valley Control) said that it is common knowledge for everybody to trap common people by security force in the name of counter insurgency operation. It said those arrested has nothing to do with the organisation.
