Imphal, June 29: Kumbi Adarsh Youth Organization (KAYO) has congratulated social worker and its Executive Member, WAHENGBAM RORRKYCHAND SINGH on being selected as Member (Social Worker) of Juvenile Justice Board, Bishnupur District, Manipur.
President, Moirangthem Bineshwar Singh and other members of KAYO felicitated Rorrkychand during a simple function held at the premise of the club situated at Kumbi Kangjeibung Tuesday evening.
As a social worker, Rorrkychand has been taking pivotal roles in imparting elementary education to students belonging to poor families of Kumbi and Thanga Assembly Constituencies for almost a decade. He is also actively associated with many voluntary works for the welfare of farmers and fishermen in the state especially who are inhabited in and around the Loktak Lake.
KAYO wishes him good luck to his new assignment as Member (Social Worker) of Juvenile Justice Board, Bishnupur District and future social-work endeavour.
