Karam Shyam denies the news on abduction of BJP counselor of Lilong panchayat

Imphal, March 26: Langthabal MLA and CAF and PDA Minister Karam Shyam has turn down the news carried out in today’s newspaper that his workers have abducted the BJP counselor of Lilong Panchayat as baseless.
BJP Counselor Thounaojam Amil himself has clarified the matters stating that there is no news of him being abducted but he himself willingly got along with the LJP counselors to form a new Lilong Nagar Panchayat council in-order to avoid the financial issues that currently occurred exist the counselors.
Speaking to the media persons, Minister Karam Shyam said that the tension prevail yesterday at Malom after workers of ex-MLA O Joy received information about counselors Amil going alongside LJP and arrived at the resident of a friend of Karam Shyam workers searching for Amil.
Karam Shyam also said that as a MLA of Langthabal AC he went to investigate the incident and the SDPO of Wangoi was also present during the investigation at the spot.
It is very unfortunate for someone who tries spread false propaganda and trying to create false image of the Minister to the public, he added.
