Kakching Municipal By Election

Result of the Kakching Municipal bye election held on September 8 was declared today. S. Premika of the BJP win the seat by defeating her rival candidate M. Lokendro of the INC. S. Primika of BJP got a total vote of 1212 and her rival INC candidate got only 887 votes.
