The Government of Manipur’s Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms has officially announced the appointment of K. Radhashyam as the State Chief Information Commissioner for the Manipur Information Commission.
His tenure and terms of service will be in accordance with sub-section 16(1) of the Right to Information Act, 2005. This is further aligned with Section 12 of the Right to Information Rules, 2019, as detailed in the notice from the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions, Department of Personnel Training No. GSR 810(E) dated October 24, 2019.
