Just 3 days left; election campaign reached its peak

Imphal, Feb 28: Campaign for 11th Manipur legislative Assembly Election Scheduled to hold on March 4 and March 8 is reaching its peak with political parties blaming one another. The election campaign can continue for three more days as per the notification of the Election Commission of India.
Star campaigner of both BJP and Congress party have been campaigning in the state. Prime Minister Narendra Modi had campaign for the BJP at Langjing Achouba Ground while Congress star campaigner Rahul Gandhi visited Imphal today and campaign for the congress party.
President of the BJP Amit Shah, have also arrived in the state and attended election campaign meeting at Kangpokpi Thomas Ground and also at Moirang in Bishnupur district.
Following the visit of the VVIP security measures had been tighten up in and around Imphal valley as well as hill area.
First phase election will be held in 38 assembly constituencies on march 4. Remaining constituencies will be held on March 8.
