The Jiribam Block Congress Committee (BCC) held a somber condolence program today at the Congress Bhavan to honour the memory of Thoudam Debendra Singh, a distinguished seven-time Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) of the Jiribam Assembly Constituency.
