Jiri Louri Khongthang Lup,Jiribam (JLKL), Jiri Nupi Marup, Jiribam and Women Welfare organisation Kangleipak, (WWOK) has charged the ZEO of Jiribam, L.Ranjit kumar for allegedly misappropriating funds for construction of additional class rooms for 14 schools under SSA.
In a press meet, the organisation said that the ZEO along with the head masters of the respective schools failed to turn up in a meeting called by the three organisation in connection with the misappropriation of fund for construction of the 14 schools. The organisation said that they had put a banned to the withdrawal of money for construction of the 14 school by complaining to UBI Jiri Branch.
Ban on process for Construction of additional class rooms of 14 schools of Jiribam sub-division under the SSA is still on until a further understanding has said brought into the matters, said U.Ranjita Devi, Gen. Secy. of Jiri Nupi Marup.
