Jirbam MLA assures to take up demands of AJWJU with CM

Jiribam April 23: Jiribam Assembly Constituency MLA Ad. Ashab Uddin, who is also the Parliamentary Secretary (MOBC) today assured to take up the demands of the  All Jiribam Working Journalists’ Union (AJWJU).
 All Jiribam Working Journalists’ Union (AJWJU) today submitted a 4 point memorandum to the MLA demanding better communication facilities for the people of the region. The AJWJU demanded to appoint a District Information Officer in Jiribam district, to install a high frequency modulation for DDK Imphal and also a separate Radio Station and to allot a plot for office of the AJWJU.
Speaking to the members of the AJWJU MLA Ashab Uddin said that he will definitely take up the matter with the Chief Minister N Biren and will try everything to fulfill the demand.
President of All Jiribam Working Journalists’ Union, Ng.Biswajit Singh, Vice President- A Lukhoi, Asst. Secy. Genstson Rongmei, Finance Secy.  Md. Mahin Laskar and  Auditor M.Romeo Singh submitted the memorandum.
