As a preventive measures taken up to prevent from the dreadful disease of Japanese Encephalitis which is cause by mosquito bites, a mass vaccination programme of JE was conducted at Kid’s Mold School, Yairipok Bamon Leikai under the aegis of medical team of CHC, Yairipok in association with Youth Star Club, Yairipok Bamon Leikai along with the ASHA’s and Anganwadi workers of the area. A total number of 665 villagers have been vaccinated in the said programmed.
