JCILPS submits Memorandum to state Governor

Imphal, Aug. 13: A four-member representative of the JAC against the announcement of wanted JCILPS Leader Kh Ratan, headed by former convenor JCILPS women wing L. Nganbi submitted a memorandum to the Governor of Manipur today. Speaking to the media person at Singjamei thong, Nganbi said that the Governor gave a good response about the memorandum which was submitted today, assuring them that he would consider all possibilities after analysing the memorandum.
she further said that the JAC also mentioned to the Governor that state government and central government has been appealing to the underground groups to come out and live a normal life, however the action of the state government towards Kh. Ratan is very unfortunate, as a normal individual has been forcefully turned into  a wanted absconder.
She further added that the JAC strongly appealed to the Governor to remove the wanted tag on Kh. Ratan and implement of ILPS in Manipur to protect indigenous people of the state.
