Locals of Kha Jiri under nambol Police station today staged a protest demonstration demanding implementation of ILPS in the state. A public meeting was also held at the area under the aegis of the Joint Committee on Inner Line Permit System. During the public meeting two resolution were taken to intensify the ILP movement in the state. The meeting agreed to prohibit entry of non- locals at Kha Jiri area without proper documents with immediate effect.
