JAC not happy with the CBI’s final report on N. Babysana death case

The joint committee formed against the death of 14 years old school girl Ningthoujam Babysana Chanu who was found hung to death in a suspicious condition expressed doubt and dissatisfaction with the final report of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) submitted to the Court.
The committee which had been spearheading the agitation for justice of the schoolgirl, JAC Against the Murder of Ningthoujam Babysana Chanu, Thangmeiband today demanded re-investigation of the case by replacing the earlier CBI officials who were investigating the case.
In a press meet held today at Thangmeiband, the JAC said that the AB blood group stain found at the nail of Babysana, who is the murderer of the minor girl should be punished. This is the case of death on circumstances evidence and doesn’t require the value of the witness.

The material evidence that proofs the murderer belongs to AB blood group should be found out, the JAC said.
The JAC also said that no case on the registration of the Hostel of the Standard Robert School under the Manipur Shops and Establishment Act, 1972. It further said that make-up report by simply visiting crime scene is not acceptable.
