JAC against the rape of a minor girl of Urup Litan Makhong today threatens of serious agitation if the culprit involved in the rape case of the minor girl has been released on bail. The alleged rapist identified as Nongthomba Barun of Urup Litan Makhong has been arrested by the police and is likely to produce at the court tomorrow. Speaking to reporters at Manipur Press Club Convenor of the JAC W Sushila said that most of the culprits involved in the rape case were often released without awarding appropriate punishment. She said if the JAC will not remain silent if the culprit was let go without any punishment.
All Manipur Students Union (AMSU) also warn of serious consequences if the culprits is allow to go on bail.
