Imphal, Jan 20: Staffs and official of the ISTV Network today clean Khwairambandh Keithel area and its surrounding on occasion of its foundation day which falls on January 27 this year. MAHUD Minister Th Shyamkumar and other employees of the IMC also attended the cleanliness campaign which begins from early morning today.
