In order to review the present law and order in the state, Ashok Prasad, Secretary (Internal Security), Ministry of Home Affairs has arrived here today afternoon on his two-days-long visit in the state.
During his visit, he will visit different parts of Imphal city and Churachandpur district. He is also expected to hold meeting with state government officials and civil society leaders during his stay in the state.
Meanwhile, the state government has announced him as state guest and made security arrangement for the visiting Secretary, who is also a Z category security protectee.
