Internal crisis of BJP: President expels 4 members

In a fresh internal clash of political parties in Manipur, BJP Manipur Pradesh today expelled its four members in the wake of internal crisis among the members of Trinamool Congress Party’s Manipur Unit.Addressing a press conference today at the party office located at Nityaipak, Imphal, Salam Ibohal, Spokesperson, BJP Manipur Pradesh said that the state President, Th. Chaoba today expelled four members namely Salam Rajen, ex-Minister, ex-VP, BJP Manipur Pradesh Lamshang AC, Yumnam Khemchand, ex-VP, BJP Manipur Pradesh Singjamei AC, Naoroibam Ratan, active member, BJP Manipur Pradesh Heingang AC and Mongjam Poireihenba, state executive member, BJP Lamlai Mandal for their anti party behaviour. He further said the above members have been expelled under Article 25 C and D of Party RR.It could be noted that Mongjam Poireihenba had recently threatened to lodge a complaint to the National president against Th. Chaoba, President of BJP Manipur Pradesh for enrolling new members to the party without the consent and knowledge of other party members.
