Consulate General of India, Mandalay, Myanmar Sarva Shree Nandan Singh today flagged of a 20 (twenty) Myanmar Nationals from Mandalay who were visiting Imphal to take part in the upcoming Sangai Festival. The team is expected to reach tomorrow afternoon here in Imphal and may be able to participate the inaugural function of the Sangai Festival.
